Adapter for wilson roof mpount

Does anyone make an adapter that screws on the wilson roof mount that goes to the 3/8 mount if you wanted to try a wilson 2000 or 5000 trucker??

I've seen one but it was not that robust. I wouldn't trust it.

The WILSON Mount is a so-239 i think, a UHF male(PL-259) to 3/8-24 female adapter should work ( correct me if I am wrong But i think that is what it is) and MFJ makes a nice one.
