Has anyone had success getting any of these rigs to reliably work with any MFJ or LDG autotuner with interface cable.

Alinco DX-70, SR8T with LDG/MFJ Autotuners???

I always gotta remember to make sure it's NOT IN SEMI AUTO with the interface .(i ran mine for a month the wrong way ) mine only tunes in the actual ham bands . My mfj 993b does not auto tune in warc or freebands
With my sr8t i have to manually tune if im in the warc bands .
My memory b is where i have my warc and freeband stored (where i manually tuned for best results and it remembers how i set it up) love that.
But remember if you are using the memories it will nolt tune that much because if in memory mode it will calibrate to the usual frequencies on that memory(upon start up)
If i want it to tune if i want to get a better match i take it off memory and force tune or simply transmit at that point and it will usually Auto tune via interface if NOT using the memory.
Reliably with the interface ? not really for me so i use the external dc cord because i use the auto tuner for a few of the other radios in my shack .
I hope this some what helps you . just to recap try turning offf the memory and see how she works.
