I have yet to see 4 80 watt transistors produce 800 watts anywhere. I'm running a 1X4, all 2879s, driven with 35 watts and don't get 800 PEP.

What's his definition of "good"? It will take 50 watts of drive no problem and run pretty good, of course you can run NOS in a stock Yugo no problem and it'll run good, for a minute or two......
