I don't think they're going to do anything new untill they burn through the stockpile of 6900××× boards they have stashed.
They really have not done anything since the 2950dx, just add amps, switch to mosfets, change faceplates with different color displays, then add fans all while the main basic board remained about the same.
And RT-1's in the ( as Nomad calls them) flamethrower models are living up to the name.

I had a 6900 was no better than a Galaxy with side band drifting. The 2950’s were a lot better radio by a long shot. Just my experience

I agree on the 2950 being more stable than the 6900f25 radios.

The 69vhp is rock solid stable, I have not even unlocked the fine clarifier yet. The sixth digit only changes one digit. It is the hot part of summer, cold winder mornings will make a lincoln 2 drift on warmup.
