What is the difference between 2 SD1446 transistors and 2/ 2879's??

The 2879 is more powerful. The spec sheets on the 1446, 2290, 2879, and others is at cbtricks.com . The 1446 final is rated for 70 watts @ 12.5 volts, the 2879 is rated 100 watts @12.5 volts.

I was looking at an xforce MS250 and a stroker 200HD. The stroker uses the 2879's. Xforce is $137 and Stroker is $180. Is the stroker worth the price?

Do you guys know/heard anything on stroker quality?

The X-Force MS250 is a mosfet powered amplifier so to me that's apples to oranges. X-Force does make several amplifiers that run 2879's, that would be a more even comparrison. See below, the X-Force 200HD would be their version of the Stroker amp you are looking at. I have never run a Stroker so I cannot advise.

Right now I run a Texas Star 350, years ago I had a Magna Force 350 (now called TnT 350). If my choice was buy a Texas Star from Crapper or a TnT 350 from X-Force the TnT wins HANDS DOWN. Plus the TnT is a better built amp.

I keep coming back to the TNT's. I may have to save up a for a few more months than if I was going for a class C 2 pill though.

No idea. The only regulated AB amplifier I have ever seen was a Joker. The Texas Star AB is not regulated but seems to work well. The three class B Magna Force amps I had worked well also.
