Another project in progress

Hi.
Recently I bought two aluminium 24m towers for peanuts.
First project is six element for six. Top element with rotator mount completed.

Second project is 27m vertical for 80m. Around 400-500 radials, depend on my patience. Will be ready for winter season.

Can I recommend a 6el LFA for 6m? You'll like the low-noise RX, the natural 50ohm feedpoint impedance and the easy DIY build. I only have 5 elements but it works great for both Es openings and weak-signal Meteor Scatter work. Coupled with a good amp, the antenna has allowed me to work Europe and northern Africa during recent band openings. Based on my experience, you wouldn't be disappointed.
