Antenna Specialists $ Element Beam

I have an Antenna Specialists 4 Element Beam that is nearly 20 years old and it's still new in the original box. I bought it from the original buyer(from Sears) and he has lost the assembly instructions.

All the information I have is that it was sold by Sears, Roebuck & Co. and the (Sear's ?)number on the end of the box is #61-3542.

Does anyone out there have the information on this antenna?

I'm sure that by trial and error I can put it together, but it would sure be nice if I had the proper instructions.

Depending on the matcher, I would hazard a guess that the instructions for a MaCo M104C would be close.
