Trying to figure this out the only way I can get my swr ch1 1.2 ch40 1.3 I had to turn my rings all the way up this antenna is 1 year old I know different company makes them but maybe defect.Looking at.some other antennas kind of limited to what I can put up was thinking something lighter weight.
 

Did you insulate antenna from mast and made choke balun below feedpoint?
Is antenna mounted in a free space, or you have obstacles in proximity?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
