Yes, I own several Heathkit SB-220's, of which some people consider Boatanchors. I sure do LOVE my BOATANCHORS!!!
I recently picked up a swan wm-2000a peak reading watt meter.This by far is the best meter i own,the meter itself is

i have a heath kit mohawy rx1, an apache tx1, and a worrier ha-10 i also have a heath kit hw-101, and about 30 hallicrafters and national receivers
Sounds like a serious collection. Take a few pics and post 'em for us to see what some of these rigs look like

Why not? Many of them have been around for at least 50 years and are still working/looking like new. I'll bet that 90% of the rigs made today won't be able to do that. The boat anchors are a true OPERATORS radio and not a USERS radio. They also sound soooo much better on AM which is gaining in popularity.
In the seventies I had a Heathkit DX-100, Viking 1, WRL Galaxy 500, Ameco TX-62 and some other junk.
Back in the eighties I had a few.
Johnson 500, Johnson Valiant, Johnson Ranger. Heathkit Mohawk, Heathkit Apache, Tempo One, Heathkit HW32A.
In the ninetys I had a dozen R390As a Collins 75A-1, TMC GPT 750, Homebrew 4-1000 X 2 4-1000 rig, Perseids Powerhouse 2 X 4CX250B 144 meg homebrew amp. Clegg Zeus. Heathkit Seneca setup for plate modulation, Harris HFL-1000, Gonset Communicator IV, Hallicrafters 2 meter transverter.
This century (4) Collins 30S1s, (7) Collins 30L1s, Alpha 76 3 holer, Dentron MLA 2500, Clipperton L, GLA 1000, (2) Collins 75A-4s, Collins 32V-3, Homebrew quad 813 amp.
I've probably missed quite a few.
