Hi,

I know there are some professional radio engineers here so hoping one of you are familiar with new Tait radios :) I am really struggling to find information online for the new DMR tier 3 tait radios.

I am looking to program some Motorola radios in DCDM mode, but the radios may need to talk to Tait radios that are also supposedly capable of DCDM operation. I am aware that Hytera have been sued for use of TDMA (a DCDM clone) because DCDM is a copyrited Motorola technology. so find it hard to beleive that any Tait radio is capable of DCDM unless A) they have licensed the technology or B) They have developed something similar that does not infringe on Motorola's copyright. Do Tait have their own 6.25KHz equivelent technology?

I can't find much info on them at all so can anyone shed any light?

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
