Any recommendations for a sub $50 LW, MW, and SW Digital receiver ?

Looking for a LW, MW, and SW Digital receiver that has AM/FM/USB/LSB/AGC/DSP/adj. audio BW filter & freq. step/LI-ion battery and is less than $50. Bonuses would be a built in switchable attenuator, auto scan, memories, 10Hz tuning step (for SSB), Freq. calibration, separate AM/FM antenna inputs, and direct entry keypad.

New preferred but used is OK.
