I talked to The Cadillac Man a few times last cycle. That was some time ago! He actually seemed like a cool guy, but who knows really.

He seemed all about raking in the tourists for the ride, seemed like a alright guy, he had one hell of a station.

Back in the early 80' conditions were so active that it was almost impossible to talk local during the day because every channel was s7+ with propagation.

You had a stingy S-meter. I remember S-9++ most days then again I did have a Wilson Shooting Star at the time. Crazy DX times those were.
