Anyone in the LMR Business?

I was wonder how many people we have here on the forum that are in the LMR business?

What does LMR stand for? I can get the general idea from the post, our city spent 15 million for a Motorolla APCO 25 Digital radio system back in 2000 or 01. Just like that everyone's scanner was worthless.
