Dunno if they are worth $20; but you can still get those transistors at RF Parts for a lot less than that.

Eleflow are JUNK. Buy mitsubishi they are still available. And that price is crazy for 1 transistor.

Never had a problem with Eleflow but I think my sample size is maybe 4 transistors! LOL What about them has you disappointed.

I bought 10 of them from the original seller Weasel years ago. The first one I installed I can remember it like it just happened, smoked as soon as I turned on the radio. I sent them all back. Maybe I just got a lemon but that put a bad taste in my mouth. But for $20.00 a piece I can buy the real thing for less.

No way I would pay $20 for one that is crazy! That said I bought 4 transistors from the same guy as you when they first hit. I might have one floating around some place still. They worked and they where cheap at the time.
