i see thier in the meters and antennas business now .was wondering if hier meters are any good.i know when they
made d-104s every cber had one or was buying ive havent
heard much about these so i was wondering

I wouldn't call the Astatic/Dosy meters terrible, but they definitely aren't high quality meters.

yeap , I wouldn't call them bad either , not much worse then the needled S meters in radios . It's all ballpark. something to go on . Not everybody in this hobby can afford multi-dollared equipment .

In your opinion they are terrible, but in my opinion they are more than adequate for CB/11 meter radios.
