If someone were to call me at 8pm in Australia what time would it be here in California ? I know that there one day ahead.

Sent from my SCH-i605 on Verizon 4G LTE.

As for being one day ahead that depends on what time the call is placed. I have worked Australia in the early morning here when the guy's wife on the other end was nagging him to get off the radio so they could go out for the evening. same day just mine was beginning while his was ending. Now you know why hams use UTC. There is no mistaking the time when a reference is used. Each person makes his own time correction. Either that or just keeps his clocks set to UTC.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
