Say you're going down the road at 80 MPH. Shift into neutral and open up with both guns: How long does it take to bring you to a complete stop with just recoil braking?

Not sure you'd have to shift to neutral. My Mother-in-law was an A-10 mechanic. Those pilots claim the recoil from that gun would bring the plane to a full stop at full throttle. If you could carry enough ammo and fire that monster for long enough that is.

Two N.F.A. Class 3 weapons @ $200 per weapon VS years of punitive and ever increasing road tax.

And some busy body bureaucrat would add the value of two mini guns to the value of the bike and drive the property tax on that thing through the roof. In Utah we pay a one time sales tax on vehicles. Two $30,000 to $60,000 weapons would add a chunk of change to that bill.
