Batteries for VX-8R

All,

Full of questions this morning! I was wondering if anyone has found a good (and inexpensive) source for FNB-101li or FNB-102li batteries for the VX-8R. I know of all the traditional commercial sources (AES, HRO, etc), but wondering if anyone has found a good source for a "quality" after market battery?
 

When I went to the Dayton Hamfest, I asked most of the battery vendors if they were going to have a VX-8r battery. Most of them said that it would take a little while before they had them because they have a different form factor than any other radio. I would expect them to start showing up by Dayton time next year.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
