Battery

One of my gell batteries was dropped during shipping. There is now a 1inch crack in the side of the battery. This battery is a gell type battery. It is not leaking any liquid, and it,s reading 13volts when tested with my meter. Should I worry worry about this..... Is it safe to use with this little crack :?: :?:

there should be another wall stopping it but i wouldn't bet my life on this!! when it starts getting warm..
I would snap a picture and do a RMA on this...without a questionable doubt!

Thanks for rhe reply. The company sent me a replacement. I installed all four batteries on Friday.

cool there are ways around that, but them or it being new ,its well worth the RMA..glad it worked out for you..how are them battery's anyway working out for you..
