Big Boy 4014 Being Restored

I'm a huge railroad fan of all eras. The UP big boy is a true icon. I grew up by the southern railway main line in KY just south of Somerset. This section of the southern was part of the CNO&TP also known as the rathole. Every now and then Norfolk Southern will bring out the old iron horses too. It's good to see railroads preserving history like the big boy project.
I would love to see that run and hear it run as well. Although my forte is Aeroplanes I have always had this side love of trains.
There are still some around, Alison Krauss, Vince Gill, Lady Antebelum and a few others. Steve Martin (the comic) is doing some very cool blue grass work these days. I saw him here in Chicago, put on a hell of a show and he can pick.
Alison lost her way there for awhile and got caught up in the country spotlight, but she's back on track (Steel Rails) now, lol.
Like Ernest Tubb? Problem is OL ET don't sing about how country he is, the size of the tires on his truck, etc. country is definitely in the pop shitter. I listen to more "red dirt" but be damned if more and more aren't writing and singing about the same stuff as the pop country 'stars'.
