Bipolar vs polar capacitors

I have one polarized 4.7uf 10v cap on the board now and all i have is a 4.7uf 25v cap bipolar can it be replaced?

I wouldn't do that . . .
I also wouldn't use another 10v cap to replace it, since they often fail more than higher voltage values of the same capacitance. Get some 4.7uf/25v caps instead. The 4.7uf caps are fairly cheap; you can buy a dozen quality caps for about $2.

I went ahead and installed the new cap it is a 4.7uf 25v didnt do any harm to the radio.

Yet......it really all depends on where in the circuit it is. It may not be an issue at all or it may become one over time.
