FRANK IS A VERY TROUBLED MAN AT THE MOMENT AND HIS CONSCIENCE IS WORKING OVERTIME IN THE EVENT HE HAS TO MEET BUBBA AT COOK COUNTY JAIL SO I GUESS HE HAS A LOT ON HIS PLATE.LOL
