Not a meme, but I noticed what looks like a cobra 142gtl while watching columbo.

I really need to get away from the tv. I finally figured out what radio Chief of Police Wm.O.Gillespie has on his desk in The Heat of the Night series.


That's a Midland 76 300, it's a UK 40 channel FM radio. Season 5 episode 14 - Love, Honor and Obey.

I would have one for the collection, but I wouldn't shell out more than a few bucks for it, and not very likely to find one in a yard sale anyhow. Not sure what's inside it, maybe it could be modified for the regular 40, still not much FM action around here.
