The old boy sounds like he's on his last leg. Raspy voice, labored breathing, inspiratory and expiratory wheezes along with defined trapezius muscles.

Obviously, a long time smoker with advanced emphysema, lung CA, or both. His wheezing, sounds like a dogs squeaky toy.

Anyway, poor dude is gonna be 10-7 soon.

I'm glad i quit when i did. I don't see how some of these guys can suck on them all day and go through a pack or more in a day.. I used to know an older CBer that would smoke one and right away light up another one.. He would go through almost 2 pack a day!!! In between the smokes he would cough and cough. He passed from lung cancer a few years ago..
