Wait a minute, I thought that was my job!Seems like he's on a mission to rub people the wrong way!
It was an adventure on Usenet and several other radio related sites I'm familiar with.I don't know if anyone remembers CW Morse ( the user, not the mode)
But that was an adventure........
Anyway

I smell a troll. Every thread that dude has posted in has to be something contrary.... Seems like he's on a mission to rub people the wrong way!
1. Examples? It is easy to make accusations without proof.
LMAO !!!1. Examples? It is easy to make accusations without proof.
2. Speaking of accusations without proof aka "fox hunt". More than one person over the years has faced a false accusation because of this.
3. Where I live, locally if someone is causing a problem they are dealt with by locals. No running to Uncle Charlie.
4. Every report to Uncle Charlie should be accompanied by the names of those reporting. This would put an end to false accusations. It is not uncommon for someone who is technically running illegal to report someone else that they are simply jealous of but not causing a problem.
5. The main point I made stands. People get FCC letters, ignore the same, fail to pay fines and a decade later are still doing the same thing.
I don't condone someone interfering with others. I go out of my way to make sure my neighbors don't have problems because of my radios. At the same time though I firmly believe that those that make false reports should face the possibility of real legal consequences.
