I just found ( at a very low price) a HR2600 with chipswitch. The radio is in need of work so I figured I wold sell it for the chipswitch.
Whats the going price for a chipswitch??

Powers up no mic to fit it....

I would wire up a mic for it and see what it does/ dosent do. KInd of hard to see if the chipswitch is functioning right if the radio isn't.

Perhaps send it out to be fixed and hold on to it?

Don't plan to hold onto it, plan to get rid of it. I have enough radios already and planning to buy another HF radio down the road.
