I purchased a brand new Cobra 29 Classic radio and when I got it home I put some crome covers on it. When taking off nuts on internal speaker I lifted the cover up mashing two of the circuits inside. Please let me know if bending them down hurts them and are they supposed to be positioned exacted like from factory? I noticed some of the bent down and some standing up, thanks.

Thanks for your input, I know it was a weird kind of worry but its a brand new radio and never had something like this happen before.

Actually I was talking about the two of the many circuits that are located under the bottom cover of my radio.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
