The 100uf will work fine. The 470 may increase bass response in the transmit audio. Not always a good thing. We use a 47uf cap with our variable-carrier setup.
Per @nomadradio - I - 2nd that - 100uF is the better of the two values.
Not the best for the "Swing mod"...
When you use a "fixed" resistor value - and not the variable mod, 100uF may be too much as you drop down the carrier to lower than 2 watts - begins to get sounding like, well - pretty distorted - like you're eating the microphone.

IF you can find a 68uF at 24V or higher rating,
use it instead. May $$$ a little more but the results are less distorted audio.
