anyone have any info on this radio?I cant find a damn thing....ANYWHERE, even Cobras site
chassis size especially

That doesn't look like any Cobra I've ever seen. Where's the dynamic control that ALL 29's have? Makes me wonder if its some kind of knock-off or fake. Can you open it up and take some good close-up pics of the inside, both parts and circuit board?

I wish.....a buddy was looking for info, it came in a toyota pickup that ended up getting swiped, said it fit in a DIN slot like as 29 would not?
looked on cobras site and all over couldnt find ANY info on it anywhere except on a ford explorer site where somebody mentioned it....
UK version or something goofy?

That must be one of those limited editions that came from europe or asia

Check to see if theirs a FCC ID on the back. I don't believe that radio was ever Sold and Marketed in the US.

I have that radio the cobra29 Ltd wx-d
It does have the FCC I'd tag on back of
Radio it is smaller than the original
29ltd it's works OKAY .

TBH it looks like a even cheaper made
Cobra already skimped on thier radios
I'd probably suspect a Cobra 19 would be better than that
I looked couldn't find anything

Just serviced one a month ago. New caps, warm white LED meter light and installed a 3 pin standard power jack. Comes stock with 20ga wire thru a Heyco cord strain relief... no good in my book. Does seem built a bit cheap but it is smaller footprint. Different for sure!
