try replacing the pot on the power supply board.
they are notorious for going out in these old radios.

Yep that's mine off the problems I removed the be-201 and my voltage went to 15.5v. Now I have to find replacement for it?

choose a 500 ohm pot where it asks you which ones you want.
some people just replace the pot with two resistors that give them 13.8 volts.

I have them on the way. Now when that's back right I can trace the no transmitting problem finally
Replaced the vr-201 voltage it didn't Change the voltage going to the board. Pulled the final and checked it working right still nothing
