Hello all. What I want to know is how to peak the wattage on a Cobra HH-38WXST. I need to know were the pod for dead key is located. And the modulation pod is located? I believe all I need to do is crank up the modulation? Because the Cobra HH-38WXST sounds a little flat on transmit. Is there a way to put the extra channels into the radio? Thanks Bassbug.

Hmmm. If you're using it on batteries, this will reduce battery life a lot.

Besides, it's packed like a hard-boiled egg. Just getting it back together without damaging anything isn't all that easy.

And if there's a channel mod, I couldn't turn up any mention of it.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
