Okay. I went through and tested them again. Here's what I got.

TR38
Base RX 8.0
TX 7.8

Coll. RX 0
TX 0

Emitt 8.5

TR36
Base 7.8

Coll. RX 8.5
TX 8.5

Emitt 8.5

There is your problem.
Shold be 8 volts on the collector of TR38 in TX mode.
The transistor may be open, but not sure. You need to check that one.
If it checks ok you wull need to follow back and check solder connections. And just because the connection looks ok, does not mean it is.

I have connex3300hp big betty that started on hi pwr but now on hi and lo. When keyed up no power and all display lights flicker as if starving for power. Any advice on the problem.
