CONNEX SATURN BASE

she's a looker, with those blue led's. it has the same overall look that most highend 10m bases have had for years. however, if i were to buy one with this layout, it would be the galaxy 2517 or this new connex saturn.
Ill have to remember that you like the big power bases I have 2990 in the shuffle of thimgs overhere. The Saturns and RCI were good radios aslong as you didnt pound the p!$$ out of them by turning the power VR up all the way so 100 watts was plenty and that little extra power made no difference otherthan the difference between a dead radio and one that was operational.
I will be keepin an eye on you Tony just in case you sell one. LOL You and your family have a safe and Happy New Years.
cool lookin radio but to be honest i was expecting something with a pair of 2290s on the back as far as connex anything new coming out these days. the higher power 10 meter radios will hopefully get better. the new 95t2 with the mosfets sounds decent on side band as well. Not to much difference in sound between the T and the t2 as far as the locals down and jersey hit me with both radios so not much difference to me
