Courier Galaxy V info needed. Photos attached.

Howdy everyone. I just picked up a Courier Galaxy V, mainly because I had never seen one before. It is kind of a cool radio. Can anyone tell me about this radio? Is the board from a Cobra 148?

My last question is whether anyone can tell if this radio has been modified in any way? Stock? I've posted pictures of the board, and I'm hoping someone can give me the scoop. The radio seems to dead key about 3 watts and swings 10 watts. The receive is either not working, or is extremely quiet, I can't quite tell as of yet.

What are the numbers on the PLL chip?
MB8719 or LC7130 / LC7131?

Looks sorta like a Galaxy 959 chassis to me . . .

ground pin 20 of PLL to shift up 455khz (ch1 27.420 > ch40 27.860)

slide the clarifier to get back to the frequency's ending in 5 khz

I always assumed any board with an EPT prefix is a Ranger, RCI, Galaxy variant.
