CTC 30-80 AD330

The CTC brand was bought and disappeared in the late 70s, if memory serves. Can't remember who bought them and Wikipedia never heard of them. The letters stood for "Communications Transistor Corporation".

Their numbering scheme was fairly simple, though. The "30-80" is the part number for a 30 MHz 80-Watt transistor.

Good chance it behaves much like a MRF454. At least that one has the specs posted at alldatasheet.com

Every time I find no info for some brand that went away brings to mind Roy's last words in Blade Runner. "All those moments lost. In time. Like tears in the rain".
