The first cb radio I ever bought, I put in a tractor as I had no car license at the time. I would sit in it for hours at night listening to the static waiting to hear some locals call out. Once night an owl flew down and sat on the air filter precleaner for ten minutes, staring at me through the windscreen. It was a very surreal experience at the time.
I found a baby Owl when I was around 10. Kept it in an open shed. Fed and watered the damn thing for a few weeks. It would stay close to you and it liked our cat. Damn thing just up and flew away.
Can't remember what kind it was, but it would make a loud clicking sound. Owls are awesome.

That Owl will never forget you !!!! you can tell it has a very close connection with ya . very special . do u have to get rid of ya scent when you bring the Owl back to the Wild ? just wondering if thats like other animals .
I don't know how long they live, but that owl would be around 41 years old now.
