what is the pin arrangement for a D104 Silver Eagle K with ETS, PAD, VOX on it


These are the wire colors cable has to it:


Blue
Black
Red
White
Bare Non Coated Wire ( Sheild I guess )
Yellow



Want to know what colors to what pin on a kenwood TS-480 RJ45 Type Moduluar 8 pin plug

Which wire to which pin?

Also same for a regular D104 Silver Eagle

Both have keyer on the base plate as well

Also connected as follows and has a DC hum reported in it?

Woops should I take the black wire off like yellow and use bare wire and take it will get rid of the DC hum/rf that's being reported.

if I remember correctly, you should use EITHER the yellow or blue wire,depending on if you have an electronic or mechanical PTT switch.

I think I hooked black wire up rather than nc like yellow and instead of bare wire.

But reports are I have a DC hum / rf possible maybe it's black wire disconnect and use bare wire, but it has the PTT on base too and has ETS, PAD and VOX on bottom as well.

Works ok now BUT cannot get the base to key the handle keys by not whe one presses the base part

Any suggestions?

As seen above the cord only has the following wires:


Blue
Red
Shield( bare wire )
Black
Yellow


It has no white wire... That eminents from it to connect too.


What will be the connection for the TS-480 on this model?


Need to make on his both PTT switched to work...
