I am glad you shared this. It renewed my interest in my own setup. I felt like many other viewers of the explanations and the feeling of being back in school. I don't turn on my 30 year old Tektronix scope everyday which is an early digital scope with a low MegaSample rate and bandwidth. I was surprized to see on eBay it still going for $500. It was my first experience with a digital scope and I don't like it as compared to my experiences with the older analogs. Yup, I'm sure a 10Gs/500Mhz bandwidth scope would make me happy.
