Cobra 29 LTD,,D13 Part number 1SV215 Varicap Diode
D19 Part number HZ5C-2 Zener Diode
D22 Part number HZ90B1 Zener Diode
D5,D6,D24,D10,D12,D9 Part number 2-2AP261 Germanium Diode
D4, 2AP34A Germanium Diode.

Can anybody clarify the real part numbers for these Diodes, I am not familiar with these Part Numbers, I cannot find these so called ( Part Numbers ) at all. I have Zener Diodes, and they all begin with IN, from here I am stumped. Can anybody give me the real part numbers for these Diodes. THANK YOU in advance,,,Have a great weekend...

Found 1SV215 at alldatasheet.com. It's a varactor tuning diode, around 30pf at 2 Volts.

HZ5C is a 5.1 Volt zener diode. We always use a 1 Watt replacement. Didn't look up the Watt rating for the original part. 1N4733A

HZ90B1 is a 9.1 Volt 1 Watt zener. 1N4739A

The next one should be a 1N60, but what kind of radio has THAT many germanium diodes in it. Must be old. Silicon diodes pretty much took over by the mid-1970s.

Pretty sure the last one is 1N34.

Thank you so much, now I can have a plan,,,, now I know what to switch out the Diode with now,,What I put down was out of the Cobra 29 LTD. I am working on a Uniden PC68LTW, and it is like the Cobra 25 LTD inside, I wish I had a schematic on the Uniden, every thing looks like a 25 LTD,but different numbers on the parts, so I am using the 25 schematic, and working with those numbers, and just going by placement, instead of numbers. Do you possibaly have a service book or alignment for this Uniden radio? Thanks again for all of your help, great people on this forum, 73's right back, Mark,,KB9GTB
