dirland 3000HP help

All i need to know is if someone has a schematic for this radio.
DIRLAND3000HP,it has a EPT300010A board in it.
its working fine 1-40 watts no problem.
i need to locate why tr22 was pulled(i take this as a limiter).

WELL ,Looking everywhere I found out this nice 240 channel
is rare! so 10-11 meter with 10 meter lockout....
some say it was made by ranger..I would have to see proof for this to be true,talk is cheap! as i see it,Its a nice dam radio!
2 watts dk swinging 30 and 10 watts dk swinging 50..
at 14.9 volts...going to slap a power mic on it and talk away..
