I do a little radio tinkering, cb and ham.
As far as radio alignment, I see some use of a scope
Is required. I was looking at the DSO Nano oscilloscope
It looks easy to use and the price is right.
Can it be used for radio alignment?
Thanks for any help
Larry ps they are on eBay and the specs,
Are listed

If you keep an eye out, you can find an older 30mhz Tektronix for not much more than that.

Since it's getting close to Easter I hope it's OK to add to this thread just a little.

This DSO seems like it would be at least acceptable for radio work. 100MHz dual trace (two 1X-10X probes included), ext trigger, etc.

Plus it has a built in spectrum analyzer, although I think one would like to have both at the same time. I've done a little research on the Hantek and it looks to be a pretty good product. I may order one shortly.

Also I've seen signal generators based on the DAC in your sound card, good for modulation adjustments. This software-based generator is $25 for the generator app (down about the middle of the page). I'm not sure about the scope, however. I just came across it.
