Dx in South Texas

Hey ghutch, when does DX start rolling into TX.

In Ohio seems to start about 7:30am from Western Europe and by 9:30am seems to be wide open all of Europe/Africa/South and Central America.
Then by 3:30pm Europe seems to drop out leaving Central/South America and also West coast.
Australia and New Zealand come in after 4pm till about 8:30pm.

What time do you seem to contact 25 or 91 div? Any Gray Line propagation?

Philpoh ....My contacts into indonesia have been around 00;00 hrs utc and later....my Dx follows the sun as normal....europe around 730am as the sun comes up.....south and central americas....noonish it drops some everyone fades to low signal levels then all picks up about 200pm CST then europe fades. west coast, canada, then the far east and australia/new zealand.
last nite I was on at 800pm local CST. Dx was strong from new zealand and Australia....I hear many French speaking stations I believe are in the Pacific islands. At 800pm here the band seems dead...a few faint calls from south america/central america calling asia and points west.
I made a few calls and the down under guys come in strong. Last nite I could hear Waco Tex. appro. 300 miles north at signal 1 and a 5/5 station from Australia? he was talking with.
Did not turn it on today so i most likely missed some good ones!!!!!
 
Dx has been slower here in s texas.....called a couple times today but not many returns...Did hear 2wr2000 calling south america, sounded good here....strong at 5-5+

SWL"D many stations with strong signals and audio this afternoon were..mostly nw US & Canada and S America....couple from the pacific
211 division!! south orkney islands ...was not able to get numbers/qsy freqency due to qso chatter/ QRM on .555....next time!

Was also quiet over the weekend in Ohio, with Sunday a little better.
Heard Fredo also 22QD03 on Friday @5pm strong 5/9.
Sat was almost all S America, while Sun Europe came in around 9am till 12pm.

Today was good.....many Europe stations early thru afternoon along with s America...then Asia and S Pacific, Japan.
Thailand heard but not worked......anyone hear Mongolia?
Looks like the dx is getting better<More audio>

Band was wide open today! All of Europe,Scandinavia,northeast US,Canada....day progressed with T5 being unbearable....so much man made chatter QRM I had to shut it down!:sad::sad:
Later S America, Down Under, Pacific areas, and DX Man (he is A division with the qso map of his!!)' now to see what this evening brings. Hope the qsb idiots are off drinking-smoking and fall to sleep. If condition from this morning don't fall out it should be a good evening.

You did great! I missed the 50 but sat on the side for several minutes he was 5/3 to 5/7 here, the 38 pile was also strong. The 38 returned my call twice but the pile up ran over my bus!, his signal was great, I just don't have enough metal in the air.
Great work on your new ones..
.I also worked a stateside activation on 27.660 from a island in NY ....Brian must have worked 100 European station in the first hour....non stop calling to his station

after the 25 div I heard 101AT170 but could'nt get qsk in also had 210SD come back to me but faded out on 27.590 - about a 10 second contact.

Great! Philpoh! You had a great day! Dx was good here this morning....had to cut off about 11am. Nothing rare but many,many european stations. Did hear some Russian, a couple africa stations, and quite a few Scandinavia operators.
The conditions seem to favor more to Europe and north rather than eastern Europe and northern Africa. It's all good!
Good luck tonite as the gray line comes in....I heard Japan last nite several times once on 38usb....mr yoshi made several calls and was 5/6 in my area. His last calls I heard were about 8pm CST
I'll post later what happens here tonite! Looking forward to so good QSO's

Great philoh....I was in that pileup trying to work Mustafa. I might have heard you? What is your call. Pm me and well set up schedule.
During the 91 pileup I heard a couple 25's calling back to stations calling him?
You right the idiots were strong yesterday here. :censored: and the skippy guy is on this morning....Cussing the Mexicans that are from Bazil and Columbia:confused: but conditions are wide open!! East Europe Scandinavia nd all the south American stations.
I also worked the Estonia station a new one for me! 73 s
 
Did almost zero radio today....SWL'd Europe Scandinavia,n,central,south America Hawaii and pacific
Contacts were into east Poland ....just a few miles from Russia! Just can't get into russia :angry: and a couple Europe.....I was in SWL mode today?
The band seems to be open almost worldwide at times......hearing europe from iitaly to Norway and Greenland , east
Poland,south America, canada and east/west coast of USA calling at once....these are the ones on air that I can hear calling CQ?
Much QSNI (noise from idiots) cussing, whistling, having qso's....but sill manage to hear hundreds of calls. Anyone get any rare ones?
