eBay resolution

Nope. Last week eBay sent an email asking that I carefully box the items up and mail them back USPS or UPS with there provided shipping label. I boxed it up in a USPS priority box went to the post office got a SIG confirm and receipt. Went home and have been tracking the package back to the guys qth provided by eBay on there prepaid label. It has been tracking via ups rather than USPS....notice its been 6-8 days ? Ups sloooow. OK so I went online checked and that is in orange.
Also, it says after ****3 days of delivered I will get my money****.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
