is it posible to setup a mobile with dual band antennas and have them both hot
the rear antenna fires first then the front antenna then fires..
and no pun intended but would it "Gain" anything
 

If you are trying to "GAIN" anything by doing this it would be similar to a beam.

You could use the Christman method of forced current feed using a delay line made of coax to make one the driven element and the other the reflector.

If wired correctly you can use a switch and a relay to switch directions or even have them co phased.
