you get a lot of hippopotamus's knocking around colorado then Mack? the closest we get here is some fat ugly birds that are overly fond of munching big mac's washed down with diet coke.

Vending machines by nature are not very aggressive thus chose their prey sparingly on the other hand the hippopotami is a creature to opportunity and strikes when the opportunity presents itself.
