No fire works up here this year, fire danger is too high.
We have fires burning up in Yosemite already.
Unfortunately there are people that come up here that do not understand just how fast even the smallest fire can get out of hand.

Quiet here. We're surrounded by national forest. Two towns up the road just got to back to their homes in the last few days after a wildfire chased them out. We were almost chased out by a wildfire about this time last year.

Nobody here wants to be "that guy" who burns the whole town. At least, not this year.
