If this is a Cobra 135/a Base or the Cobra 135 mobile (23 Ch)

There is a xtal mod that gives full coverage for the base.

1=26 to 23=55

All you change one Mixer xtal from 12.xxx to a 13.000 MHZ



Of course you get the regular every 4th channel skip (For the RC channels) but you can switch a different xtal to fix that.



I have the mod Info for this written down somewhere in storage.

If you cannot find it elsewhere, let me know, will see if I can dig it up. (I have the SAMS for it somewhere too)



I know the radio well, I used one for 5 years, it was my first base radio. And I bought a mobile version which was a 138.
