Fake1969's

They do not look like a mits.Mitsubishi. But I have used them and they put out as much if not more wattage than a Mitsubishi. They do have a web site. They even sell a MRF477 that O would love to try. $8.90 but they have a minimum of 20 on that transistor. Any partners lol.
 
Ok, I was skeptical - still not sure.

But I appreciate you posting something positive out here...when BJT's are not as common as they once were.
 
the easiest way to tell a fake mitsubishi rf transistor is the case.
it is NOT a to-220!
the datasheet calls it t30
its narrower and has little blades either side of the collector pin molded into the case.
