They do not look like a mits.Mitsubishi. But I have used them and they put out as much if not more wattage than a Mitsubishi. They do have a web site. They even sell a MRF477 that O would love to try. $8.90 but they have a minimum of 20 on that transistor. Any partners lol.

There will style transistors are goog. Don't know why there other transistors would not be. I wish more people sold the HG TO220. Style

the easiest way to tell a fake mitsubishi rf transistor is the case.
it is NOT a to-220!
the datasheet calls it t30
its narrower and has little blades either side of the collector pin molded into the case.

Tech friend of mine tested the HG 2SC1969 with very high SWR, and he said it did not blow. Said the HG 2SC2312 was just as good, and put the 2312 in my Cobra 29 LTD Classic.
