FCC Again Denies ARRL’s Petition in BPL Proceeding

Every test deployment of BPL has caused objectionable interference but the FCC is going to let it fly anyhow. You know why? I'll bet there is a lot of money riding on it. I'm 100% sure there isn't a dime to be made if it doesn't pass. Anytime we see something that doesn't make a bit of sense get jammed through, someone is making money screwing the rest of us.

PS: Does this mean the damn power company is going to be the next one knocking at my door to try and sell me the triple play?
